Innovations

At Brolly of Children Foundation, innovation is essential to addressing the complex challenges faced by migrant and vulnerable children. With millions of children affected by seasonal migration and disrupted education, we continuously develop creative and practical solutions that bridge gaps in access to learning, healthcare, and protection. Our innovation-driven approach combines field-based insights with modern strategies to ensure that children receive support regardless of their location or circumstances. By introducing structured programs and adaptive learning models, we help children overcome learning gaps caused by frequent migration and social instability.

  • Project Vidya Sethu supports children who have missed schooling due to labour or migration by providing customized bridge courses based on their learning levels. The program strengthens basic literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills to rebuild confidence and prepare children for formal school enrollment.
  • Operation Siddha is a rapid rescue coordination system designed to respond quickly to child labour cases in high-risk areas such as brick kilns, cotton fields, and mechanic sheds.Working closely with authorities, we ensure timely identification and safe rescue of children from hazardous environments.
  • Balyam Health & Nutrition Drive supports rescued children who suffer from poor health and malnutrition due to hazardous working conditions. The program conducts monthly health camps and provides nutrition kits to ensure children receive essential medical care and dietary support.
  • Community “Kavach” Awareness Model focuses on prevention by using street plays, workshops, and youth-led campaigns to educate communities about child rights and legal protections.Local youth are trained as Child Rights Volunteers to monitor school attendance and identify children at risk of dropping out or entering labour.
  • Mobile Learning Units – Education Without Barriers bring learning directly to children in remote and migrant communities through mobile classrooms equipped with teaching materials and digital resources. These units ensure that children who frequently migrate continue their education without interruption.
