Brolly of Children Foundation was established in 2026 with a deep commitment to protecting vulnerable children and restoring their right to a safe and meaningful childhood. Our organization was founded on the belief that every child deserves protection, education, and opportunities to grow in a nurturing environment.Operating primarily in Andhra Pradesh, we focus on supporting children who are at risk of child labour, school dropouts, neglect, and poverty-related challenges. Our work is centered on reaching underserved communities where children often face limited access to education and essential services. By working closely with families, educators, and local authorities, we ensure that children receive the guidance and support necessary to build a better future.
We believe that lasting change begins with compassion and responsibility. Our team is dedicated to identifying children in need, supporting their rehabilitation, and helping them reintegrate into schools and society. Through consistent efforts and community involvement, we strive to build a future where every child grows with dignity, confidence, and hope.In addition to direct child support, Brolly of Children Foundation actively engages with communities to promote awareness about child rights, education, and the long-term consequences of child labour. We organize community meetings, educational campaigns, and interactive sessions that encourage parents and guardians to prioritize education and understand the importance of nurturing a child’s growth. By building awareness at the grassroots level, we help create communities that are more alert, responsible, and committed to protecting children from exploitation and neglect.
A society where the only "work" a child knows is the work of learning and dreaming. We envision an Andhra Pradesh—and ultimately a world—completely free from the shackles of child labour, where every child grows in safety, confidence, and happiness. Our vision is to build communities where children are protected, educated, and encouraged to pursue their aspirations without fear or hardship. We strive to create a future where education becomes accessible to every child, regardless of their background or circumstances. In this future, children are given equal opportunities to explore their talents, develop their skills, and build meaningful lives filled with purpose and dignity. By promoting awareness and strengthening community responsibility, we aim to ensure that child protection becomes a shared commitment across society. Our vision also includes empowering families and communities to become strong pillars of support for children’s development. We believe that when families are informed, supported, and economically stable, children are more likely to remain in school and grow in safe environments. Through sustained efforts and collective action, we aim to shape a society where childhood is protected, education is valued, and every child is free to dream without limitations.
To rescue, rehabilitate, and reintegrate vulnerable children into safe environments where their right to education, health, protection, and play is non-negotiable.We are committed to restoring childhood by providing children with opportunities to learn, heal, and grow. Through coordinated efforts with communities and local authorities, we ensure that rescued children receive proper care, education, and emotional support necessary for building a secure future. Our mission extends beyond immediate rescue efforts to creating long-term pathways that support children in rebuilding their lives with dignity and confidence. We focus on providing bridge education programs that help children regain lost learning years and transition smoothly into formal schooling. By strengthening their academic foundation and encouraging personal development, we enable children to rediscover their abilities and pursue their dreams. We also work closely with families to address the root causes that lead to child labour, particularly poverty and lack of awareness. By connecting parents to livelihood opportunities, government welfare schemes, and community support systems, we help create stable household environments where children can continue their education without interruption. Through these comprehensive efforts, our mission is to create lasting change that protects children today and secures brighter futures for tomorrow.
We work closely with local authorities and community networks to identify children engaged in hazardous labour and ensure their safe rescue. Our advocacy efforts promote awareness about child protection laws and encourage responsible action within communities. Through systematic identification and timely reporting, we aim to reach children who are hidden in unsafe environments and provide them with immediate protection. Our rescue operations are conducted in coordination with labour departments, police units, and child welfare authorities to ensure safe and lawful intervention. These efforts focus on high-risk sectors such as agriculture, brick kilns, construction sites, and small-scale industries where children are often exposed to harmful conditions. After rescue, children are safely transported to secure environments where their immediate needs—such as food, shelter, and medical care—are addressed.
Our specialized Bridge Courses help rescued children catch up on missed years of schooling. These programs focus on building foundational literacy, confidence, and readiness to transition into formal education systems. Many children rescued from labour have experienced long gaps in education, making it difficult for them to adapt to regular classroom settings.Bridge Education programs are carefully designed to match each child’s learning level and pace. Teachers and volunteers provide structured lessons that strengthen reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills. In addition to academic support, the program emphasizes communication skills, social interaction, and self-confidence, helping children overcome fear and hesitation often developed during labour experiences.
Recognizing that poverty is a major cause of child labour, we support families by connecting them to government welfare schemes and livelihood opportunities. This strengthens household stability and reduces the risk of children returning to labour. Our approach focuses on addressing the root causes that force families to depend on children’s income. We assist parents in accessing employment opportunities, skill development programs, and financial support initiatives that help them improve their economic conditions. By linking families to welfare schemes such as employment guarantees, housing assistance, and food security programs, we ensure that families receive the support they are entitled to.
We provide professional counselling services that help children recover from emotional trauma caused by early labour and neglect. Our focus is on healing, confidence-building, and restoring emotional well-being. Many rescued children experience fear, anxiety, and low self-esteem due to difficult working conditions and lack of support. Our mental health programs include individual counselling sessions, group therapy, and recreational activities that encourage children to express their emotions in safe and supportive environments. Trained counsellors work closely with children to address emotional challenges and help them rebuild trust and self-confidence.
